Many of our products are made to order or one-of-one pieces. We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order, please email sbtgstudio@gmail.com with your order number and details. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please include clear photos if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
